Bread & Roll Moulder

Load directly from a Single or Dual Knife Divider

 

The EXPRESS 220 IF-2 design has an infeed belt to align the dough pieces into the advanced sheeting head. Moulds 2 pieces at the same time, up to 9" long. Converts to single row production for breads and baguettes up to 22" long. This moulder can be coupled directly to a gentle divider to eliminate the intermediate proofer.

EXPRESS 1260-SS Production Moulder

Handles Dough Gently at Production Speeds

 

The same features as the EXPRESS 1260 but now available in all stainless steel construction. The EXPRESS 1260-SS has a second set of oversized rollers for positive feeding and extra gentle sheeting.  This unit has longer pressure plates for increased moulding time and fully adjustable side guides for total length control.  Pressure plates are available with our exclusive adjustable curvature to produce straight or tapered loaves. Mould up to 4,000 lbs/hr. when used with a bread system. The EXPRESS 1260-SS handles the most difficult dough with ease.

 

 

EXPRESS 190 Bread & Roll Moulder

The Mid-Size Solution

 

The Express 190 delivers consistent, uniform products in the 1/2 oz. to 4 lbs. weight range at a rate of 3,600 dough pieces per hour. The adjustable loading height is from 30" to 42" making this unit suitable for use with a rotary style knife divider. The XL model utilizes 40" long pressure plates for products up to 22" in length. The BL model uses 22" long curved pressure plates, suitable for tapered roll and bolillo production plus 28" long flat plates for other products. Both models come with fully adjustable side guides.

Do you need to mould loaves, baguettes and lots of rolls?  The Express 400 multi-purpose moulder can be used to mould products up to 30" in length. Feed directly from a multi-row divider rounder onto the moulding belt and form bolillos, hotdogs, hoagies, finger rolls and more! You can also drop dough into dough rollers to gently mould artisan breads, baguettes, pan breads, subs and challah.  This unit can be used with 22" long curved plates or 56" long flat pressure plates. Fully adjustable side guides permits moulding of dough pieces from 1/2 oz. to 5 lbs.
