The best moulder
on the market! Gentle spring loaded roller system will not tear dough.
Up to 4,000 lbs./hr. capacity when used with a bread system. Use for
moulding all types of breads and buns.
This compact design, with the pressure plate underneath the machine, returns
the product to you making this unit a "one person" operation.
A new feature is adjustable curvature pressure plates. All plates that
are 12" and wider can be adjusted from flat to concave or convex to control
the amount of taper or eliminate it, formed in your products. The 860L is the wider version for pressure plates up to 20" wide.

features as the Express 1060 plus a second set of oversized rollers
for positive feeding and extra gentle sheeting. This unit has longer
pressure plates for increased moulding time and fully adjustable side
guides for total length control. The Express 1260 handles the
most difficult dough with ease. Pressure plates are available with
our exclusive adjustable curvature to produce straight or tapered loaves.
Mould up to 4,000 lbs/hr. when used with a bread system.

EXPRESS 300 High
Speed Bun Line
Feed Directly from
Your Multi-row Divider
The EXPRESS
300 has been specifically designed for high speed production and to help
reduce labor costs. The unique design allows the machine to be fed directly
from a single or multi pocket divider, up to 8 pockets and a capacity up to
12,000 pieces per hour. Dough pieces are sorted into two rows for efficient
and versatile production.
The four roller system maintains consistent, quality moulding aided by extra
long plates that are gentle on the dough. The twin pressure plate system
forms roll products from 3" to 12" in length with full side guide control
for a seamless finish.
We recently extended the infeed section, a quick change index system and added a
variable speed drive to the moulding belt as a standard feature.
