Bloemhof Inc. has developed the latest in moulding technology for your bakery. The same features as the EXPRESS 1060, plus a second set of oversized dough rollers, offers extra gentle sheeting and positive feeding for high volume operations. Pressure plates over 12” in width come with our exclusive adjustable curvature for concave or convex settings, to produce straight or tapered loaves. Long pressure plates and full height side guides, provide total length control and superior moulding. The EXPRESS 1260 handles the most difficult dough with ease and in conjunction with a bread system, can produce up to 4,000 pounds per hour.
