Handles Dough Gently at Production Speeds

The same features as the EXPRESS 1260 but now available in all stainless steel construction. The EXPRESS 1260SS has a second set of oversized rollers for positive feeding and extra gentle sheeting. This unit has longer pressure plates for increased moulding time and fully adjustable side guides for total length control. Pressure plates are available with our exclusive adjustable curvature to produce straight or tapered loaves. Mould up to 4,000 lbs/hr. when used with a bread system. The EXPRESS 1260SS handles the most difficult dough with ease.
