The Mid-Size Solution

The EXPRESS 190 delivers consistent, uniform products in the 1/2 oz. to 4 lbs. weight range at a rate of 3,600 dough pieces per hour. The adjustable loading height is from 30" to 42" making this unit suitable for use with a rotary style knife divider. The XL model utilizes 40" long pressure plates for products up to 22" in length. The BL model uses 22" long curved pressure plates, suitable for tapered roll and bolillo production plus 28" long flat plates for other products. Both models come with fully adjustable side guides.
