Do you need to mould loaves, baguettes and lots of rolls? The EXPRESS 400 multi-purpose moulder can be used to mould products up to 30" in length. Feed directly from a multi-row divider rounder onto the moulding belt and form bolillos, hotdogs, hoagies, finger rolls and more! You can also drop dough into dough rollers to gently mould artisan breads, baguettes, pan breads, subs and challah. This unit can be used with 22" long curved plates or 56" long flat pressure plates. Fully adjustable side guides permits moulding of dough pieces from 1/2 oz. to 5 lbs.
