Longer Bed, Better Bread

This combination machine can be converted from sheeting to moulding in one minute.

A longer conveyor on the Simplex 4-24-5 allows for easier sheeting of pastry and donut dough and use of a longer pressure plate system. 40” long pressure plates are utilized to stretch long loaves and baguettes up to 22” in length. Special Bolillo plates are also available with the optional 3 handle pressure plate system.
